    I find these pigments are very powerful and extremelly brilliant. They are also  very smooth and easy to work with  every step in  my painting. I like to play with colors by using the transparent and opaque colors to see how they give me the different effects I want  in my paintings.

Some of the colors above might be familiar and then there are some that I need to explain because they are new to you.

Golden Lake 

Please note!  This was my favorite color but the company ran out of one ingredient that made this a great color. Now it is not the same color and I decided not to carry it anymore. If you have some of the old color....enjoy it while it last!

Garnet Lake,

  It is like a dark magenta. Everyone loves this color because you can mix it with blue and get a great deep violet.

Bunno di Grain.

  This color is incredible! it is a very grainy brown. I used for painting fall scenes and doing hair. Also for doing old things.

350 Turquise green / blue NEW!

  I love this color because it gives me some great backgrounds when you add Paynes Gray or Garnett lake or Hookers green and much more. A must have.

   This color will replace the # 409 Blue Verde and the # 402 Prussian blue...why? becasue these colors are very similar to each other. Why have similar colors and spend more money?

114 Warm Yellow.

  I love this yellow  because it is semi-opaque and I can do some wonderful textures with this color.  It also is a great color put down before you use the Red.

112 my Cool Yellow.

   I love this color because it makes my yellows come forward and it gives a puch to my other yellows. Great color.

Bruno di Marte.

  This is a red- burnt sienna. It is a rich color that makes a painting sing everytime you use it.  It is not like a regular burnt sienna .

325 Hookers green, NEW!

      I use this color instead of Sap Green.

      Just add a little of yellow and you got Sap green.
